I cannot understate how much we appreciate being able to put this proposal in front of you today.

MY OBJECTIVE

Josh Allen Designs has a clear objective, and that’s to make your business better. Whether it’s a website or a complete marketing strategy, I use proven tools and techniques to show off your hard work. I realize that every business is different, with its own special needs. A creative think tank dedicated to your success is my identity.

The creative components to my successful formula has made my clients proud to be a part of the JAD family. I believe in a long lasting partnership that will be a valuable asset as we grow together.

To make things simple for you, this proposal doubles as an executable contract. I have included all necessary terms of agreement at the end, and your electronic signature turns it into a binding project, allowing me to move forward with your web design project immediately.

Logo Design

Your logo is a key pillar of your company’s identity, and the process through which it is created and refined is important to your long-term success. I see a lot of competitors who ask a handful of questions before disappearing for a period of time, returning with a logo and an invoice. We prefer to take a more collaborative approach that keeps you involved at every stage. Here’s what to expect: <strong>UNDERSTANDING YOUR BRAND</strong> I feel that your logo should communicate both who and what you are. It should speak to your audience on a subconscious level and make a positive impression upon them. We begin every logo design project with a client interview, during which we’ll attempt to build an understanding of the tangible and intangible things that make your company and business unique. CONCEPT Before I draw a single line, we’ll discuss your vision for your company logo with you. I don’t want to waste your time with logos that don’t fit your vision, and I don’t want to overwhelm you with dozens of options. By working with you to set a standard up front, I will be able to develop a handful of options that meet your expectations. REVIEW AND REVISE I will present you with a few options that were created based on the information you’ve given me. You’ll have the opportunity to review each of them and provide feedback for revisions. In many cases, my clients end up combining elements of several early logo designs to create a final product they’re happy with. DELIVERY Once I have crafted a logo design that you’re happy with, I will provide you with all of the digital files you’ll need to put the logo to good use, as well as a release granting you sole ownership of your new company logo.

Website Design and Development

A website is the primary hub for your identity. The website must be attractive yet user friendly. The overall look of the site must remain consistent with your Logo and other marketing materials. We will be building using Wordpress which is to date the most reliable used platform on the market today. The website proposed will have a backend content management system for easy uploading and organization. This site will be Responsive and will work on all platforms including mobile devices. The site will have a pleasing aesthetic focusing on the ideas as you have already implemented on your branding. SITE BUILD PROCESS INITIAL PLANNING The first order of business is to sit down with you and create a detailed set of design and technical specifications that you need or want. These specifications serve as a roadmap for the rest of the web design process. WIREFRAMING Wireframes are your first chance to visualize your website. While they're not nearly as detailed as the final site will be, they give us a visual representation of the site's overall layout. MOCKUPS Once all site mockups are completed and approved, we'll proceed with site mockups. These add color and a bit more detail to the initial wireframes, giving us a stronger visual representation of the final product. COPY & GRAPHICS Once we've agreed on a final design based on the mockups, I will proceed creating your site's copy and graphics. There is a need to optimize the images as they will be given in large format. DEVELOPMENT At the same time, I will kick off the technical side of the web design process. This will include deploying your Wordpress CMS, creating your original custom page designs. TESTING In this phase I will get to work testing your site's performance and reliability. I will use various tools to benchmark your site for loading, responsiveness, and speed, while also ensuring that it works reliably on all web browsers and mobile devices. DEPLOYMENT & OPTIMIZATION Once we're sure that your site is ready to be released to the public, I will deploy it on your public domain. Then, we'll shift into a monthly support process that will continue for 12 months. During that period, we'll create monthly backups of your site, update scripts and plugins to maintain security and reliability, and perform layout and content updates at your request. The site is considered complete when it is fully functional, whether content has been provided by the client or not. Basic support, upgrades, mandatory code updates as long as the site is hosted on our server. A small monthly fee may apply to more advanced monthly upkeep. ON SITE SEO Google analytics will be synched with the website as a tool for tracking site statistics. This gives detailed insight to how the site is being used, how users came to the site, and provides useful information to ensure users continue to come to the site. Search Engine Optimization can range from one method of site optimization to many different techniques used for maximum exposure. SEO (search engine optimization) is a science in getting your web presence seen on mainstream search engines such as Google, Bing, and Yahoo. A SEO system will be added to the websites using RankMath. Tweaks in the content will be made to make sure all elements inside the website are of highest SEO standards.

Terms and Conditions

REVISIONS / CHANGES Any change request from a client that deviates from the approved scope of work will be adjusted by time and price accordingly. (THERE WILL BE NO REVISION CHARGES FOR THIS CLIENT) CLIENT OBLIGATIONS The client will be responsible for the following:

All content needed for the website including images, text, and information. If content is not provided within 30 days by the client, the site will be loaded with dummy content at completion, and will only be uploaded by Level at additional cost.
Usernames and Passwords to existing hosting, website admin etc.
Music and Videos not produced by Josh Allen Designs.
The client has the responsibility to communicate by email / phone efficiently so the project runs smoothly. Clients must provide all ideas, subject matter, content, and elements not supplied by Josh Allen Designs.

COMPANY LIABILITIES Josh Allen Designs is responsible for design, coding, suggestions, programs needed for the project, and labor. CANCELLATION / TERMINATION OF WORK A cancellation of work must happen within 10 business days of the start date. If a project / job is canceled after the time period above, then a refund may be given minus work costs in special circumstances approved by JAD Termination of services from our server will result in files and database being backed up and mailed to you by zip transfer. We are no longer responsible for code updates and proper credit for design must be given if another company takes over. This will be outlined in the termination agreement. RIGHTS All works produced as a result of the above described web design project will become the sole intellectual property of the client. Josh Allen Designs reserves the right to use visual representations of the final product as part of our project portfolio.
